Single Family Home Information

Single Family Home Owners are governed under the guidelines established for the Master Asssociation. Their website provides the community requirements along with specific single family home owner requirements. State requirements found in FS 720.
Condo Information
272 Condo Units
Condo owners are required by FS 718 to have their own website that must be password protected and used for condo residents only. Owners can contact their C&S manager for password information.
Villas Information
126 Villas
Villa owners are governed by the villa board of directors and must meet requirements established by the master association and implemented by the villas association. State requirements are found in FS 720.
